The following is a piece of writing submitted by Sara Taylor on October 4, 2008
"This is a poem I found in one of my old old notebooks... I'm hoping to find more eventually... but yeah... "
What was it?
Was it something I did?something I couldn't see?
was it something I couldn't give you
that you wanted from me?
why did you have to leave?
was it impossible to stay?
how I miss that look in your eyes....
and the warmth of your embrace
I'm falling down
with no hope to rise again
waiting for you to rescue me
come back to take my hand
I know I must move on
but how can I ever live again?
If I was really wrong...
can I take back what I said?
Was it something I did?
Or something I couldn't be?
was it something you tried to show me
yet I just couldn't see?
why'd you have to go?
oh why'd you have to leave?
I'll be anything for you
whatever you want me to be!
I'm falling down
with no hope to rise again
waiting for you to rescue me
come back to take my hand
I know I must move on
but how can I ever live again?
Is it really over?
is it really the end?
