Disappointment is not something on which to dwell.
Put the past in the past and you will do well-
Look to the future and what it can bring
for what is ahead can make your heart sing.
If you don’t water the seeds of despair
they will shrivel and die along with the cares.
Use disappointment to make yourself strong
Forget the thing for which you once longed.
Move forward in life - Choose a different way
And always be grateful for every new day.
