Love is a word that’s much overused
And it’s also not used enough.
We love chocolate, cake, fine weather and colour-
All sorts of extraneous stuff.
But when it comes to the people we love,
Those close to our hearts, in our care.
Do we tell them quite often we love them sincerely-
Or avoid ever going there?
