Ten minutes
Diez minutos
Dix minutes
Dis minit
Only 600 seconds
I would tell them I love them, and not to ask questions
I would tell my friends to be safe, and happy
I would tell her to take care of him, because I couldn't stand to leave him alone without anybody
I would walk down the street and notice all the things I never noticed before
The fresh breeze as I inhale
The grassy hills, and the sweet sound of birds
As they fly carelessly above
I would find and tell him that even though he broke me,
That I would always remember him,
That even on rainy days, I would still think of him through the cracks of sunlight through the gloomy clouds.
That even though he hurt me, I forgive him.
And lastly I would find him, the man I love
And tell him to
To take care of his family,
And tell him no matter where I would be, I'd always be in his heart
I'd kiss him on the cheek, and walk away.
And however I leave,
I'd whisper:
"Je t'aime, je suis toujours ici"
