Blueberry pancakes are wonderfully sweet
For breakfast or lunch they are always a treat
I use them as bread for a sandwich complete
With pickles and onions and sliced luncheon meat
They're sweeter than rye, and more tasty than wheat,
And even the leftovers, they can't be beat,
Just munch them right down - you can't wait to reheat,
For blueberry pancakes are a most special treat!
