Beyond these meadowed lands of fondest hopes And gently rolling hills of sweetest dreams, Across a river flowing with desires, There lies a rugged, craggy mountain slope That calls us all beyond our earthly dreams, To loyalty transcending human ties.
So pressing upward o'er its slopes we find Such stunning vistas, hidden from the view Of all but those who brave this chasm wide - That sunders truest faith from human dreams.
