The weather today is cold, damp, and gloomy,
It makes me ache in every bone.
The sun it is gone and I feel depressed,
And I wish I could just stay at home.
But the classroom is calling and answer I must,
For a test we are having today.
I hope it’s on baseball or drawing or cats,
Anything but the weather today.
