Throughout the battles of each night and day...
We always wrestle with the things unseen.
Their tactics oh so sly, their motives keen...
Yet victory is ours, is ours, I say.

This is nice, Gabe. :) It's almost perfectly Iambic Pentameter; there are two glitches, and they are both in the first line. One is that you start with an accent, and the other is that you have an extra unaccented syllable in the vicinity of the word "every."

You could make this perfectly i.p. by making a couple changes like this:

Throughout the battles of each night and day.

But all in all, it's really very nicely done. :)
