Love or Something Like That
Love or something like thatBy gabemay
Sometimes love hurts
When it edifies and refines
And is honest in its true form
But then is snatched away from you
Then brews a silent storm
A deep hole is created
Emptiness and emotion are insulated
By rejection
And are buried in this hole
Widening in your chest
When you think of the rest
What could have been
