I fear to have overdrawn you, and your words; Seen in you lights that merely flickered, Eyes that danced when times were pretty, And a heart that lingered long enough to read me.
No doubt, you certainly could be so equipped, Yet lacking luster for my petty script, I cannot blame; I had not known, To save the script but leave the cast alone.

Comments Douglas Apr 23, 2008 | I'm probably just being dense, but I don't get this one...any words of explanation? ~Posted by Douglas, Apr 23, 2008 | Laura Apr 24, 2008 | I guess to explain this I would say that by "script" I'm just kinda referring to life, while "cast" is the people in it. Basically what I was trying to get across is the notion of trying to "cast" our own lives, and make people out to be more than they really are. ~Posted by Laura, Apr 24, 2008 |
