There are kings, and their queens who rule over the land,
With authority, pride, and a firm, iron hand;
There are dukes, lords and earls with authority too,
And the peasants all bow when they come into view;
All the soldiers and officers strike fear at heart
With their guns and their bombs that could tear you apart;
The police, with their sirens, and badges that shine,
And their cuffs and their billy clubs, keep us in line;
Though the businessmen have neither guns, knives or swords,
Still they carry great might that their money affords;
But the lowest of all of contemptible creatures
Are abused and discredited substitute teachers.
