Writing Prompt: I Resolve...

Writing prompt Because it is the New Year, the word "resolution" is in the air a lot. It reminded me of an old hymn we used to sing in church when I was a child: "I am resolved no longer to linger, charmed by the world's delight; things that are higher, things that are nobler, these have allured my sight."

For this week's writing prompt, the only stipulation is that your writing must begin with the words "I resolve"
