Fibonacci Poem Writing Prompt

This post was written in 5 minutes.

Sammie Jo has been having such a fun time writing Fibonacci Poems (also known as Fibs) that I decided we needed to do a Fibonacci Poem Writing Prompt.

If you don't know who Fibonacci was, he was a mathematician who came up with this very interesting sequence in which every number in the sequence (after the first two) is the sum of the two previous terms. Here's an example:

First Term: 1
Second Term: 1
Third Term: 1 + 1 = 2
Fourth Term: 2 + 1 = 3
Fifth Term: 3 + 2 = 5
Sixth Term: 5 + 3 = 8
Seventh Term: 8 + 5 = 13

And so on...

So someone had the bright idea of creating a six line poem in which the number of syllables per line matches the Fibonacci Sequence.

Thus, the number of syllables in each line is 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8.
