The cold is spreading. Looking around, you see
brave friends, flaming their colors of bravery.
They shiver as they jump,
and seem to float and bump.
You follow and fall, completing the forest floor scenery.

This is certainly different. Not just because it's a limerick about fall, but because of the word picture. It's interesting. I like it.

Agreed - this is nice. It is a limerick without "feeling" like a limerick. It has a more serious tone to it than most limericks.
