"I often forget the blessings in my life. And that grace, faith, is a gift. "
Blessed
Mighty God!Everlasting, beyond all comprehension,
I can't begin to understand.
Your love and mercy, grace without end.
Unchanging, constant and strong!
Healer of disease, righter of wrong!
Prince of Peace, the Lord God Almighty,
Willing to save the likes of me,
Unworthiest of all, shamefully
Deranged in my lifelong idolatry,
Endless wanderings towards the Tree,
The serpent and apple;
Our generations Adam, embracing the Fall
Drowning in the sin that I brought upon myself,
The pride that started it all.
Oh Lord, my God!
To say that you are my God
Is a blessing like no other,
That I could be assured of a treasure
Beyond any type of worldly measure.
