Waterford Police reported that a late model blue van was seen cruising suspiciously down Tarrington Lane in the Stoney Pointe subdivision around midnight on the night of April 28, 2009 . Residents of the subdivision stated they became alarmed when the vehicle repeatedly drove up and down the streets while a person on the passenger side of the van was observed shining a bright light at houses. Police apprehended the driver and passenger. The names of the suspects have not been released pending a hearing at the Waterford County Courthouse on May 7, 2009.
