I'm not too great with HTML code. I was trying to put a dash into my latest post and was having some difficulty figuring out how to get it in there. The first few things I tried looked like a cartoon swearing. I ended up getting it to work by copying and pasting after looking it up on the Character Map in System Tools on my computer (which I never would have found without my sister's help.) So being lazy like I am, I was wondering if you have suggestions for an easier way to do it. The ASCII code I tried didn't work, nor did the HTML codes I found on a couple of web sites. Is there a fairly simple sure fire way or should I just revert to double hyphens? (Or not be lazy and look it up on the Character Map.)

For now I would use a double hyphen. I can add in code at some point that when the site encounters a double hyphen it converts it to the appropriate character.
